Conclusion

When I originally chose to research this topic for my project I intended it to be about just Roe v. Wade and it’s effect on society and the pro-life movement. However, once I began researching I quickly found myself fascinated by the effect that legalized abortion has on crime rates. I never knew that Roe v. Wade had effected things other than a woman’s right to chose. Looking over all of this information the correlation between legalized abortions and drops in crime rates is clear. The children that were not born as a result of legalized abortions are the reason as to why the crime rates dropped drastically eighteen years after the landmark decision was made.
